SHIPPING & PAYMENT TERMS

Shipping regions

We deliver within Germany and internationally to selected countries.

The available destination countries are shown in the online shop or at checkout.

For international deliveries, shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated accordingly or displayed before the order is completed.

If your desired destination country is not available at checkout, you can contact us before ordering at info@stealth-campervan.com. We will then check individually whether delivery is possible and which shipping costs apply.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT or other charges may apply. These are not charged by Stealth Campervan and must be borne by the recipient unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is generally carried out by DHL. In individual cases, we may use a comparable logistics service provider.

Delivery times

The delivery time applicable to the respective product and destination country is shown on the relevant product page.

For goods immediately available from stock, the delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page.

If a product is not in stock, it is manufactured first. In this case, the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.

For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be longer depending on the destination country and shipping service provider.

The information on the relevant product page or during the ordering process is decisive.

If goods that have already been ordered are unexpectedly unavailable contrary to the stated availability, we will inform you without delay.

Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in the online shop or at checkout before the order is completed.

The following shipping costs currently apply:

Germany: €7.69 per order

Austria: €17.99 per order

For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are calculated according to the respective destination country and displayed before the order is completed or communicated individually.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and other import charges may apply.

Payment methods

The payment methods available in each individual case are displayed at checkout.

Depending on the destination country, device and the requirements of the respective payment service provider, the following payment methods in particular may be available:

  • Credit and debit card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • SEPA bank transfer

The payment methods actually offered at checkout for the respective order are decisive.

Payment processing

Depending on the payment method selected, payment is processed by the payment service provider shown at checkout.

For payments processed via Mollie, payment processing is carried out by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Additional terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider may apply to individual payment methods.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Stealth Campervan until the purchase price has been paid in full.
