Shipping areas

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union.

International deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, Norway, Japan) are possible upon request.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled via DHL or comparable logistics providers.

Delivery times

Delivery within Germany usually takes 3-5 working days.

Delivery times to other countries may vary.

Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process.

Germany: Flat rate of €7.69

EU countries: Flat rate of €17.49

International deliveries: calculated individually.

Payment is processed via the payment service provider Mollie.

Payment processing

Payment processing is handled by Mollie BV, Netherlands. The respective terms and conditions of the payment provider apply.
